RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We happily offer a STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE should you change your mind.
Sorry, We DO NOT REFUND.
The credit will be issued for the product cost only if the garment is returned in its original condition with tags attached and within 10 business days of receiving your order.
Please note; Shipping fees are not refunded.
Returned items MUST adhere to the following policy:
1. Returned with original tags attached and packaging.
2. Have no sign of wear, stains, body odour, perfumes, tanning products or machine washing detergents + no buttons or detailing should be off or missing.
3. Returned within 10 business days of receiving your order.
5. Sale /Clearance orders are final and cannot be returned.
7. Jewellery & headwear (hats) cannot be returned for change of mind due to hygiene standards.
Once your return is processed, your credit/outcome will be sent via email along wit your code.
The credit note is then redeemable on any product online. It is not redeemable on shipping fees. Credit note is valid for 12 months from the date of credit issued.
Jaggers Closet has the right to refuse a returned item should we decide it is not in condition for re-sale.

* $10 Australia-wide standard shipping or $15 Australia-wide Express Post
(Please Note: Due to Australia Post's recent increase in their rates, unfortunately we have been left with no choice but to increase ours simultaneously)
* FREE shipping on all orders $150+ (Standard Shipping)
* Free Contactless Geelong Home Delivery available between M-F, within a 10km radius only (from our Newtown office). Orders based outside of the radius will require shipping. We cannot home deliver to PO Boxes.
* Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and HOME DELIVER your order. Orders are generally delivered to your mailbox or front door.
* Please allow 24-48hrs for us to process & dispatch your order VIA AUSTRALIA POST. (Pls consider peak times/weekends/public hols).
* 'Express Post' is from the time we dispatch, not from the time in which you ordered.
*’Pre-orders’ will be express posted out the day they arrive.
* Sorry, we do not currently offer a pickup service.
* Shipment/delivery confirmation & tracking will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched/delivered.
* Please mention in the comments area if your parcel should be left somewhere inparticular (e.g behind the pot plant)

- A pre-order is a (normal) purchase online to secure your item/s.
- Purchasing a preorder is final, preorders cannot be cancelled/refunded, we allow a size change if available. By purchasing a preorder you agree to our preorder policy & terms and conditions.
- You will receive a notification when your pre-order arrives followed by shipment details.
- Our pre-orders can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks, this will be noted on it's listing.
* Extra items purchased in the same order as the pre-order will be held aside until the pre-order arrives as it has been calculated under the one shipping fee,
- Otherwise please place a separate order should you wish to receive those styles in stock immediately which will incur a separate shipping fee.
